RS Carpentry came recommended from a family member. After seeing the master suite renovation they completed, we were comfortable asking Rui to quote a complete basement renovation for our home. Rui’s estimate was competitive, and his approach allowed for flexibility to change design elements during the construction. This combined with the quality of work they provided for our family member were the main reasons we choose to go with RS Carpentry instead of one of the larger basement renovators. We did not regret our choice. Having been involved in the construction industry for 10+ years, I appreciated Rui’s honesty and customer first focus. Rui and his team were very dependable, organized and kept our home clean throughout the renovation. Rui was easy to deal with and very accommodating whenever we changed elements during the renovation. Given the size of the project, it was inevitable we would encounter unexpected situations. Rui was great at providing suggestions and resolving any issues that arose. The entire team was personable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job met or exceeded our expectations. The final result was stunning. We have received countless compliments from family and friends that have seen our new basement. We are extremely happy with our new space and we are planning to use Rui and his team again soon to complete some work in our garage. We would recommend him for anyone looking to complete a home renovation.

It was a longer and more difficult process than we expected but the end result was amazing. We encountered a few issues during installation but Peter and Dino stepped up and made it right. The staff were great during the estimation and design stages. Suzy was friendly and always provided schedule updates by email so we knew when the crews were coming to work. We have had several compliments from neighbors and friends. We even had a few people take pictures to use as a reference for when they do work at their homes. The quality of the stamping and final appearance of the concrete show the quality of the product. Overall we are very happy with the work that was done.

We purchased a custom walk-in closet for our master bedroom. Jib was very knowledgeable and friendly. The closet was delivered and installed as scheduled and the cost was very competitive. The installation team was very clean and respectful during the installation and we are thrilled with the appearance and quality of our custom closet. We would recommend Jib to any of our family and friends.
