E-Bay Home Services is a good example of "you get what you pay for". They solicit business by phone at a flat rate of $99 for a 1,000 sq. ft. house, which mine is. Free cleaning of all registers, regardless of how many. E-Bay does a very superficial job. They don't even bother removing registers, no wonder they don't charge extra for them. In half an hour time, they're done. Homeowners out there - pay extra for a better service and avoid this company.
- Company Response
Ebay home services always removes all registers, and any of our customers will agree to that. In his house all registers were removed except for the 1 on his wall which was painted on and he was clearly explained that we do not remove register that are painted on because plaster/drywall can break n we do not accept responsibility. Furthermore, he insisted for us to comeback and remove the same register. Really, how else can we explain a common sense procedure?
