I asked Mike to come and give me of an overall review of previous work that had been done on my roof by a previous roofing company. Mike found many faults in the work man ship of how the tiles were laid which have caused further damage to my home and the siding. He has been working via email (free of charge) with my insurance company on trying to get this rectified, as he saw negligence in the job done. I had never met Mike until the day he came and looked at my roof, but he has put so much time into write ups, and photos to send to my insurance company. I told Mike to send me a bill for all the time he has put into helping me on this and he refused payment and said "all I want is for you to have this fixed the way it should be" and just pass my name on. Well Mike has proven to me that there is still some good, honest people out there who believe in doing things right and its not about the money. When the dust settles on the saga of my roof issues and an agreement is made to have this all fixed, there is no one else I want to fix this than Mike. I will sleep easy at night knowing he fixed the problems, as he has been a man of his word since this all started. Sincerely Tracy Forsey
