I used Grizzly before to overhaul my very old hydronic heating system, at which time they did a stellar job. This time, they did a seasonal service and installed a smart thermostat. They were able to do so with an older furnace and without a mess when threading the new wiring required. I also had a suspected slow leak from a kitchen sink which was causing damage to the ceiling below. They diagnosed the problem and installed new piping quickly and efficiently. They are innovative plumbing and heating specialists who are able to figure out solutions to challenging problems. They are also great at cleaning up the job site. I recommend them highly.

Had a tricky installation problem in attaching a new hood over an old 1950s exhaust fan frame built solidly into my kitchen's exterior wall. Three different appliance installation "specialists" had come to survey the issue over several months; all had been highly recommended for this special situation, including from the store where I had originally purchased the hood. All three charged a fee for their initial visit and were initially promising but each eventually said it was too difficult and refused the job (but kept the fee). That wasted a total of $400. I also had a general contractor turn down the job due to its complexity. I later found Nick online and after a call to explain the particulars and sending him a series of pictures, he replied promptly and said he could handle it. Furthermore, his flat fee was very reasonable. Nick was true to his word, installing the hood with his assistant upon their first and only visit. It works perfectly and looks great. He admitted it was a challenging installation but you would not have known it by how smoothly it all went. He is clearly very experienced, confident in what he is doing and exacting in his work. I cannot recommend him and his service highly enough.

Found Toronto Tree Removal working in my neighbourhood and hired them to trim an oak which had a lot of deadwood and some branches too close to the house. Quoted price was competitive and they did the job thoroughly but efficiently while adhering to code and cleaned up the job site completely. The tree looks much better now, too. Excellent work and would hire again.
