Thanks once again to Rick and his top notch staff Kevin and James, today my hot water tank sprung a leak I called Protech Plumbing and they were out and had it replaced within 3 hrs of my call. Ricks staff were polite professional and courteous, they left my home as clean as it was when they arrived. The reason I say once again was because Rick and his staff replaced a garage heater for me a few months back and also did a fantastic job. Chris walked us through every step of the process and what we can expect as a finished product, and some good advice on colour choice. He provided a fair quote and there were no surprises at the end. Jose was very professional courteous and ensured the area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Jose was also very accommodating with any request that i may have had during the project.
