I hired LBP Heating and Air Conditioning to provide and install a new furnace. On the day of the installation Leroy and Jimmy arrived at 9am as previously scheduled. They laid out protective mats in order to protect my floors and payed close attention in order not to scuff my wall while bringing the furnace downstairs. For the next 5 hours they worked diligently to install my new furnace. After the installation I realized that the furnace which was installed was not the right model. I quickly called Leroy to inform him of this. He was very apologetic and explained that his staff loaded the wrong one on the truck. He promised that he could rectify the situation expeditiously. He kept his promise and came within the next 3 business days to replace the furnace with the one I ordered at no extra cost!! I found Leroy and Jimmy to be professional, courteous, and respectful. I will recommend LBP Heating and Air Conditioning for your AC needs with no hesitation.
