I called Mike from Beechwood Construction again because I was extremely happy with the first renovation he did for me 3 year ago. This time it was for my Kitchen and in the middle of this renovation I decided to add a Bathroom Reno as well. It was a stressful times because it was during Covid as there were closures and materials took longer to get but Mike was calm and always reassured me that the jobs would get done in a timely manner. Mike did an amazing job on both, as you will see in the pictures I have attached. Words can't even express how happy I am with the final and finish outcome. It's more than I expected. I highly recommend Mike for your next renovation as he is honest, reliable, hard working and professional. Even a big thank you to all the tradesmen that he uses. I got Fernando's (GS Designers Ltd) number through my parents who also used Fernando over 30 years ago. I called Fernando and explained my situation and met with me that afternoon. Fernando explained in detail what he needed before he can start anything. I obtained a current survey. Fernando is very experienced with zoning, bylaws, tree protection and more. We also had to get clearance from TRCA-Ravine-Forestry. I explained my ideas and he put them on paper and came up with spectacular drawings and more. We did have to go to the Committee of Adjustments. Once we got the ok from them, Fernando was able to submit the application with the drawings. We received the Building Permits shortly after. Fernando is very professional, detailed and easy to talk to. Fernando also recommended a contractor whom I have hired. Fernando has been very patient and reassuring during this long process. Called Pesticon Pest Control for removal of a hornet nest in tree. Janak Patel was very professional and honest. Would use them again if needed and recommend to friends.
