Nigel, Marty, Luciano and Kevin were all professional. They took time to answer my questions and were knowledgeable about the install. They left the site spotless. Katie provided my with all the information to make an informed choice of both company and product. My suggestion to make the customer experience better is proactive contact by the production scheduler to confirm date and advise of arrival time. Perhaps a flyer could be provided upon contract signing that deals with FAQs. I called mid day the the day before to confirm and ask when the installers would arrive. Overall a very positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Shipton's to family and friends.
