we hired cannonball after reaching out for help. We hired another company to install our pool this summer and after the disastrous experience, i wouldn't allow them near the pool within a 10 km radius. We have been to cannonball a few times for water checks and questions about the operation (we were given a 10 min 'lesson' on how to use it from installers). They fit us into their schedule - said they would be here by 12-12:30, called the day before to confirm and were here on time. they got right to work, it was rainy and cold but they were in and out - cleaned up and efficient. they didn't try to upsell us on covers (we didn't get that from the installers either) but instead told us what to expect etc. They were exactly what a service company should be. Friendly, laughing with my husband all while being soaked in the rain. I will continue using them for all our pool service.

We met Daniel at the Milton home show. We were looking for window companies and what drew us to him was his no pressure sales approach. He let us ask questions, showed us examples and was honest and personable. We emailed him that night and within a couple of days, he had come out, rough measured and we got a quote. We replaced 13 large windows, an 8' slider and the front door. We wanted to match the frames on the front to the facia colour and his team was able to match it perfectly!! It did take a little longer than expected but the custom colour was slowing the process. The installation was absolutely flawless. The team was there when they said they would, they were efficient and clean! The small details are what my husband noticed such as the aluminum caps being bent on site and providing a super clean effect. The windows were levelled, insulated and trimmed out with perfection! We also replaced our old worn double front door with a wider steel/glass door with side panels and it is absolutely stunning. We constantly have people walking by, commenting on how amazing the house looks. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and his team to anyone and a special 'shout-out' to his installation team - they were very professional and a pleasure to have doing our install.
