Sales rep/installer, Brett did the consult and boasted about many jobs he had done, showing pics of the finished product. The pics looked great. He did a quick measurement and reassured me that he'd been doing this for 5 years and promised a great product. On the day of install, he was late by an hour and then seemed unsure of exactly how to construct the shelving. The wall studs were uneven which forced him to try and somehow make it work. Because of the unexpected dimensions, he did not come prepared with any extra brackets/braces and thus had to reconfigure his initial plan. He often seemed confused and rushed through the job, as he was trying to make another appointment. Upon installing the base of the shelving I was surprised to see it was just cheap wood. I expected the same material as the brackets. At this point I was reluctant to continue with the job but did so after negotiating a negligible discount. He did a very poor job of cutting the shelving. It never seemed to fit perfectly so he chiseled and made unnecessary large cuts just to make it easier for him. Upon inspection, and despite making comments about the appearance of the poor construction his reply was only that "it was still strong and would never break". The design is satisfactory and I believe it is strong enough to hold my storage needs, however I would never recommend Brett to do the work. Based on the website and pics of other jobs I can only say that my experience was nothing like what I was hoping for.
