The original home owner installed a false balcony which was unusable. It also blocked a lot of light. Mark and his team removed the balcony replacing it with a new flat roof. Removing the false balcony totally changed the look of the house and now allows lots of light in. Mark and his team were very professional and courteous. They stuck to the seclude and quote. Outstanding service. two pictures attached. left with balcony / right with flat roof.

Professional from start to finish. Sales rep was amazing took the time to answer all our questions, provided suggestions that would save us money. The installers were also professional, kept the place clean and cleaned up after the work was completed. The windows and finish looks great.
