Slide-in electric range repair
Dual burner not functioning, Mike disassembled the whole front and top, tested to see if the elements were functioning. He found it was the button and immediately ordered the part. He was very patient and knowledgeable and was able (and willing!) to answer all my questions. He arrived when he announced he would and had all the equipment he needed. I will definitely ask for him next time i need an appliance repaired.
