Annual Furnace and A/C maintenance
Brandon B. was a very courteous and knowledgeable technician. He called ahead and arrived within the service window. He identified and corrected an issue of which we were unaware. Brandon explained the work that he had completed. He brought to my attention upcoming service issues that need to be addressed and gave quotes. He also advised about battery replacement for the carbon monoxide detectors. He contacted the office to book the next service. I will be very pleased if he is the technician for that appointment.
