In the early fall we had four windows installed(sealed,insulated,with glazing to reflect suns rays) and Dave the installer was kind courteous and professional. He had the old windows out, the new ones in and was all cleaned up in one day!In the late fall we found we needed to replace the old front steel door and once again we went with Lormac. Dave was once again the installer and once again we were totally impressed with the product as well as the service and we would recommend Lormac in a heartbeat to anyone interested in replacing old windows&/or doors. sincerly James Gurmin
