I am so disappointed with this year. I still have lots of weeds on the lawn and patio. After I complained, they said they come and respray, but no one showed up to do the job. I am not going to sign up anything with this company again. I also paid for the patio and walkway weed spray and it didn't work either. I was very disappointed about their services.

I had used Hometurf 15 years or so ago for once. It was OK at that time. Since I retired I had been doing the weeding myself. Last year because of some health problems, I reconsider of hiring this company again for the deluxe program. I found that it was very disappointing service. Their weed spray is very weak and had almost no effect on the weeds, I still have a lot of my weeds. I called them 2 times in May before they come back to re-spray. Again there was no effect on the weeds. I called them again 2 weeks later and 2 more times afterwards and they still haven show up to re-spray. I was also told that their weed spray controls only 3 common types of weeds (maybe I don’t have those common type?). My neighbours told my garden has more weeds than previous years. This is why I am writing this to let people know that this company is no good and cannot keep up with their promises and lack of customer care.
