Called Sam at JSN after finding out the maufacturor's service contractor charged an extortional rate every 15 minutes to diagnose and repair the machine. Found Sam highly recommended on home stars and his rate was fair and competitive. Diagnosed the problem ordered the part required and got the machine back up and running. A real pro.
