Mason and his team are amazing. From the beginning, Mason was helpful and polite, ensuring that we had all the info we needed to move forward with our plans. We had multiple trees removed, as well as debris cleanup from a storm ages ago and just general maintenance to be done. The team showed up on time and cheery, got right to work and were very efficient. Everything was completed safely, all cleanup was done impeccably and we would not hesitate to use Tim O Tree again. We had to rip out and rebuild our home roof, then add a parapet wall and slope. The guys were super helpful and quick. Jamil and Eli came out to see our roof within 24 hours and we had booked and had the work done within 9 weeks. Jamil and Eli were courteous and efficient, answering all of my questions, making sure I understood what was being done, and providing photos after of their work. I would definitely recommend them: they were respectful and professional from start to finish. The cost reflects all the work the team did: it was a really big, three day job and the quote was similar to other teams that had been in to assess it. Totally worth it.
