Empower Tech Brad did a great job. He was prompt, alerting me before he arrived so i can put the dog in a room. Service work: He explained everything he was doing with respects to the furnace , my Humidifier and even gave me some tips about my AC unit ( which i will have looked at in summer) He also added an exhaust pipe extension outside my house. Empower Home Comfort Service provider - Mehdi was great. He called before stopping by. Giving me chance to secure the dog. His service performed was explained as he did each task required and he also answered a few questions i had on possibly changing to a tankless water tank .

My first contact with Mathew was by "text" after I had a chance to review his website. I left him a brief text message and he called me back a short time later. We spoke for awhile on the phone about what I wantedto accomplish in my backyard. He asked me what size shed I had purchased and to take some pictures of the proposed area of the yard I wanted to build the base. On that same initial conversation he was able to confirm a date and time to do the job as well as a confirmed price. He showed up on time and I was very pleased with the work. At the conclusion of the job everything was left spotless. He also said he guarantees his work and he was just a phone call away. I would recommend Mathew to friends and neighbours.
