I wanted to post a review based on several renovation/restoration projects Mainland Ventures has done for us. We have used Paul and his team now on several projects and their work as always been excellent. My husband likes to do a lot of renovation work himself but with a young family and a busy career we came to the realization we needed some assistance in completing our renovations. Paul is well organized, articulate and has a wide breath of knowledge of the industry and access a solid team of sub trades. Mainland Ventures stands out with its well trained crew that gets projects delivered on time and on budget! Paul kept us up to date and always had solutions or ideas for the inevitable roadblocks that come with renovations. They have completed an entire basement renovation with the inclusion of a suite, a large deck as well as several smaller projects. Paul's knowledge, attention to detail and calm manner allowed us to feel confident that we would be happy with the end product. As well, when the work was occurring inside our house I appreciated how clean they kept the work area. Further, Paul was conscious of our needs and at times even completing the loud parts of a job around our children's naps which was above and beyond what we could have expected. We have recommended Mainland Ventures to several family members and friends and I have heard nothing but rave reviews from all of them. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mainland Ventures for any small or large scale renovation projects.
