I have booked there services for duct cleaning and inspection of Furnance and A/C. I was booked for Friday they called a day before to confirm for the appointment that seems there are very professional. They set the time for Friday between 2-4pm. On the day on the service few hours before somebody called from there office said that we are rescheduling the service becuase no body confirmed it. I was shocked and said it was confirmed and I have ajusted my schedule according to that but any how she said we have to reschdule it for Sunday morning between 8-10 am. They said ur on there top list it will be done first in the morning. I confirmed it and again on the day of service I waited and waited, waited but no body showed up...... I called there office no body answer the phone. Then somebody answered the phone in afternoon and started making excuses that driver got hurt and nobody can inform u that we will not able to make it for sunday and for that inconvience we wil offer u other service for free. But for sure we will do it on wednesday morning 8:00 am. On the Judgement day one guy showed up with dirty clothes and smells bad it seems he has not taken shower from weeks. He started working on the job. but I asked him where is ur camera for inspection before and after the job for what i am paying for and where are ur other tools to clean washing vent. He started giving me blank look and said I will call the head office and find out. After few minuted he came back and said for that we will give other free service more and I was mad that you are not providing the service which u commited and I am paying it for. I said i want to talk to ur owner or manager. He called and Fred was on the line and said our camera is not working and start making excuses. We will provide more free service. I refused to take there services. But i will like to say in last they are not professional people the bunch of crooks. I saw logo of BBB on there ad and there website and told them I will complaint them. After going to the BBB website i came to know that its not reliable business. and also on homestart website i read the reviews about that company was horrable. I should have gone through Homestar website and BBB before placing a order. I will always recommend that before going for any service make sure u should visit these website to know about the business and there service. Every should be aware of these crooks.
