Mr. Amarelo is a reliable and competent contractor who will give you a fair quotation in writing and will stick to it unless he consults with you about needed changes to the agreed work. He will make suggestions about your design and give you good reasons. His work is craftsman-like and he uses good subcontractors as needed. He sticks to the agreed timeline and leaves the work site clean and orderly at the end of each day.

Darku Djoleto was part of the original team that built and installed our pool 10 years ago. He now runs his own company and we have used him for every opening and closing and some minor repairs for several years now. Highly recommend his services.

From the original phone contact I made, for which they returned my call promptly - to the estimate visit, for which Darren was on time, thorough and professional (and he made some suggestions which we really appreciated for improvement of drainage ) - to the actual installation, which they accomplished in a timely, friendly, workmanlike manner...I was more than pleased with North Shore. I have already referred them to a friend who is getting a total eavestrough replacement done. They are very businesslike: WSIB, no contracting out, work guaranteed, helpful webpage. Angela in the office was super - all emails answered promptly and reliably. What more can I say? Highly recommended.

Now that big tree out front will not be such a nuisance! Your eavestroughs are now good and solid with the extra reinforcement we added before installing the leafgaurd. The new downpipes now properly direct the water to the lower eavestroughs and will prevent damage to your roof.
