We can't say enough good things about Ivica and I.M.A Garage Door Services. The cable on our old Garage door opener snapped yesterday. One of the wheels was missing and the whole door had come out of it's track. We phoned 3 places and received varying quotes some that included fees just to come look at the door. I suggested we call I.M.A because he had good reviews and looked to be an independent shop. Not only did Ivica take our call and quote over the phone, he then set a time in the evening he could come by and fix the problem for us. His price was very reasonable and he promptly showed up on time. He even let us know he would be early. He looked at our door and promptly told us what it needed to be fixed. He explained all of the steps that we needed to fix the door opener. He did not try to up sell us beyond the mention of additional items we could do if we wanted them. He could have been finished with us within an hour however, he took the time to ensure the work area was clean and to chat with us about life in general. He is a wonderful person and only charged the cost of materials and his time. He stuck to the price quoted on the phone. If you were to hire a person to repair or install a garage door I don't think you would go wrong with Ivica at I.M.A Garage Door Services. I would call him again in a flash. Thank you Ivica for making a bad day so much better.

Isaac and Eden arrived early reviewed with us what we needed done and then got to work. They cleaned the upper eaves troughs by hand, bagged the leaves and ensured the drain spouts were clearing properly. They even cut back a few overhanging branches for us. They even took the time to discuss other work we need done and refer us to people they trust. We have used clean and clear in the past and will continue to call on Isaac for all our gutter and window cleaning needs. Thank you Isaac and Eden without you we would continue to experience the waterfall onto our deck

We usually clean our own eaves troughs but had not been able to get up to the 2nd story for a couple of years. Our eaves trough was full, all manor of weeds and small trees were sprouting. Each rainfall we would have overflow of rain that flowed like a waterfall. We posted the job to HomeStars and almost instantly got a reply from Isaac and Peter. Their replies were quick and included a quote. We did get quotes from 3 other companies, but Isaac was responsive and quoted a reasonable price. We did read all of the other reviews of the company and noted the 1 bad review. Truthfully their response to that individual was what convinced me to speak with them. After a few qualifications back and forth with Isaac and his partner we arrived at a price and time for the work to be done. Isaac managed to squeeze us into their schedule for the next day. He and Simon showed up pretty much on time and began work. They went above and beyond in clearing out our troughs. As he had agreed they cleaned by hand and used buckets to transport the debris down to bags for removal. It was an extremely hot day and the buckets of debris were very heavy, but Isaac and Simon worked with no complaints. Everything was kept clean and debris was collected and left in bags where we asked it to be left. Isaac was a pleasure to meet and work with and he ensured we were satisfied with the job and gave recommendations for other services we were inquiring about. They gave excellent service and were very professional and respectful of our home. We have worked with other cleaning companies that I would not recommend. We highly recommend this company to everyone. I don’t think you can go wrong with hiring them to complete any job beyond your expectations. They are extremely hard working and once an agreement is made they more then fulfill there part. Only wish the company had more services we currently need as these guys were easy to work with and nice people. Thank you again Isaac.

We will definitely recommend AireOne to others the entire experience with PJ Band has been exceptional. Our AC had stopped working and the forecast was for some of the hottest weather of the summer coming over the next week. We decided to invite 4 or 5 companies in to quote on both the AC and the 28 year old furnace. We starting reading flyers to see the deals and went online to HomeStars to read some reviews. We obtained quotes from several companies. Why we would recommend AireOne; 1. PJ Band Was terrific in helping us understand and appreciate the different types and sizes of product available and what would be right for our house. The price was lower than any of the other companies. The quote was easy to read and to figure out our end cost before & after rebates. His knowledge about the product line he sells and the time he gave us was much appreciated. PJ's personality was great, he answered all of our questions and took the time to address all of our concerns. PJ offered up a change in the quote when he discovered that we did not need the higher end unit we were originally going to sign-up for. He saved us $700.00, which also meant less money in his pocket. 2. Installation The technicians installed the unit within days of our order Payman & Albert were very courteous, clean and the installation went as expected. They did great work and the 2 York products were installed quickly. They came well prepared, took care to protect the property before they began work Cleaned up and removed all of the garbage Explained the systems in detail before leaving 3. Follow-up PJ followed up the day after the install to ensure we had everything we needed. PJ dropped by one more time to deliver a filter and a button for our light switch that had disappeared with the garbage. 2 weeks after the installation and everything is working well. I think it was a great decision to go with PJ and AireOne
