I was extremely pleased with Fara's customer service. I recently switched to a VoIP system not realizing that my alarm system required a landline. She presented me with several different solutions, and responded to my millions of questions, promptly and courteously. She then quickly set me up with an appointment for the GSM alarm system and now I am able to keep my existing the VoIP system and got the GSM alarm installed for a very good price. All this occurred within a timely manner (4 days from my initial email).

Andrew was very professional and always responded to my queries, even if it were a couple of days after. He showed me some examples of his workmanship with actual examples of homes in my area where he had done some work. I was very pleased with the service, and when I met him, he was friendly, knowledgable and honest. I would definitely obtain his services again. I am planning to have my front door re-done next year, and I would want Andrew to get my business.

Milorad did an excellent job with my kitchen backsplash using glass tiles. There was an area surrounding the canopy hood that I knew was going to be tricky to tile that only the best would do. I am very impressed with his professionalism, promptness and work ethic. Overall, the end results were well worth the money! I would definitely obtain his services again for future projects and would definitely recommend him to family and friends who appreciate high quality workmanship and don't mind paying a bit more for it.

The countertops look amazing. Rite Granite did such a fantastic and efficient job in making the two large pieces of the countertop on the island appear seamless. It has really transformed the dimensions of our kitchen. I would definitely give my recommendations for a job well done! Additionally, I just had another contractor come to the house to do the backsplash estimate and he was really impressed with the countertops as well. He said that he's done a lot of kitchen renos and this was one of the most stunning countertop jobs he's seen! I don't want to mention the tile contractor's name, but he is one of the best also (very high rating on Home Stars). I'll put up a photo once the entire kitchen is completed.
