Authorized contractor Philip came as scheduled and did the maintainance on the furnace and ac. He went above and beyond to fix the wiring problems with the Nest thermostat Highly recommend this service!

We recently had our old awning replaced by Downeys. We liked that they were a family company -and everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. And they really know their business! We have a great new awning installed and are very happy to recommend them.
We worked with designer Sandi Hall who helped us select cupboards and counter tops. She had great suggestions for us and put together a great look. The crews came and the quality of their work was fantastic. They were very careful around the house and very pleasant to have around. The work was done completely, on time and was as low stress as renovations can be. We would highly recommend them.
