Martin in Muskoka was very prompt and replaced our screen, the dogs had ripped it in several places and it had been "home "repaired with glue that made the replacement difficult. He also gave us the Pet Screen option which I declined because of the screen's location and my wish to have as much lake view as possible. The screen was replaced promptly and delivered to our cottage, installed back into the sliding door. Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous.
