Roseanne in Toronto

I'm a repeat customer of City Plumbing. Over the last few years, Gus has taken my plumbing into the 21st century. This time, he came and snaked my clogged up kitchen sink. It took the longest snake and 3 tries, but he finally got our drains running. He and Jesse returned on the weekend to replumb the kitchen sink, as the existing dishwasher installation was not up to code and the double sink itself wasn't plumbed properly. Now, it's all ship shape and there's an easy-access trap to address future issues easily and efficiently.ity Plumbing arrives quickly, gets the job done for a reasonable fee, and leaves you feeling taken care of.

Epic went above and beyond to help us bring our mutual right-of-way into the 21st century. Along with our neighbours, we were looking to replace the front portion of our mutual laneway, which was half-grass and half-concrete. (It's also the main entrance to our house.) Anthony took care of our project from start to finish. He provided a prompt professional quote and several options for use to choose from, including asphalt, concrete, and interloc. His rates were competitive. And, once we signed on, Anthony was able to manage the project according to not one but two household schedules. His crew completed the work in two days. The new concrete looks amazing and now melds seamlessly into the existing right-of-way between the houses. Anthony and his crew listened to our needs and to the needs of our design-conscious neighbours, delivering exactly what they asked for. And, when we asked for a bit of extra TLC around portions of our house which had previously experienced water-damage, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was caulked, sealed, and parged between old and new. From start to finish, Mark and his crew at Coverall were amazing. Coverall was recommended to us by TWO different neighbours. Of the five companies we interviewed for the project [all of them well-rated on homestars], Mark was by far the most friendly and least "huckstery" of all the roofers. And his price was competitive. He was knowledgeable about the work required [some flat-roof torch work was required in the "snow box" around our chimney], about the products he recommended [we chose Landmark Certainteed shingles] and how to properly fulfill their warranties, and about the insurance coverage he had for the project. Since our roof had been leaking [even after a repair by a pricy emergency roof repair company - wish we'd known about coverall first!], he fit us into his first available opening. Most of the work was finished in one day. Sudden heavy thunderstorms stopped them from doing the finishing caulking and metal-work until the next afternoon - but we didn't have any leaks during the storm, even before the work was 100%. The crew members were all kind, considerate, and safe during the work and after the job. Even in the pouring rain, they did a great job of tidying up our property and making sure things hadn't travelled into the neighbours' yards and eaves. And Mark has a drone he can use to show you shots of your roof before and after the work is done [see below] which isn't necessary, but it sure is a lot of fun! The roof looks great.
