A big thank you for Bryce for his expertise and knowledge. He did a very thorough job when inspecting the property we were looking to buy. He managed to find a few large issues we otherwise would have missed. The home we were interested was beautifully renovated. It just goes to show that you never know. The problems lay behind the beautiful finishes. He saved us years of aggravation and money just by noticing a few key problems. I would really recommend Bryce and his services. Not only did we feel like we were working with someone who knew what they were doing but he was a nice guy and his customer service was amazing. The search continues for our dream home but we know we will hire Bryce again!
