Jax's team did an great job tearing up old hardwood flooring, and replacing it with new vinyl planking. It is an old house, with a few challenging areas and surprises, and they rose to the challenge to create an amazing finished product. There were a few minor communications issues on what work was to be done, that should have been verified/resolved prior to completion, the project took a little longer than expected, which may have benefited from a longer workday, and the finishing stages could use a little more polish. Despite those minor issues, the team was very pleasant to work with, considerate about the mess, and letting me know when they would arrive/leave. I'm extremely happy with the finished product, and with time and experience, the overall service will only get better, going from great to excellent.

Thierry and his crew were friendly and punctual upon arriving to the job. They kept me informed of all the steps along the way, and they kept the job site clean (as much as possible) and safe.
