Our furnace unexpectedly stopped working during the final stages of the 2015 winter season. *our former neighbour recommend Nuru *After calling Nuru he asked if this was an emergency as he could make a visit immediately * Advised Nuru the following day is fine * Nuru was prompt and ready to work on arrival * We were advised of the cost to repair our dated unit (13 years old) and advised of possible options if we decided to replace the unit * after doing some research we decided to replace the dated unit by installing Nuru's suggested unit which fitted within our budget * Replacement/removal of old unit was done within a day and work area was immaculate * We also purchased a humidifier which was installed at the same time * We had a leaky pipe which is attached to the humidifier and Nuru advised us to turn off the pipe as he would pass by the next day to resolve the issue which he did * Follow up service was/is very good and he went the extra mile with assisting us filling out the required forms to obtain our rebate which we just received Nuru is professional, courteous, knowledgable, and has great customer service.
