I have moved several times over the years, and have never had such a positive experience as we did with Flat Rate Relocation. From point of booking (professional, thorough, and followed up with confirmation of our booking immediately) to the actual move, I can't say enough about how fantastic this company is. The team that completed the move for us came the day before to assess our furniture and boxes, always called ahead to let us know their timing, were on time exactly when they promised, and were in constant contact with the location of our items. Our items were handled with care during the loading and unloading process, with extremely friendly and professional individuals. After unpacking, there was nothing broken or damaged. Normally a stressful piece of moving your family to a different province, the moving of our items was the most seamless part with Flat Rate Relocation.
