John was professional throughout the process. Easy to reach. Quoted on the spot. We agreed on a date and time for the work. He was delayed, but texted me as soon as he knew and kept me up to date on his timing. Things happen and that's fine. Communication is key. I'll gladly hire John for my next job.

I contracted Scott in April to put up a dividing fence between my neighbour and my property. It took months and many phone calls to start the job, and just as I was about to say not to come, he had someone come out to put in the posts. Now, a month later, we have posts, and nothing more. Scott will not answer or return my phone calls or texts. I even called his business partner, Doug, who provided 6 excuses, promised to pass along a message to Scott - that was a week and a half ago and still no call back. I am at my wits end. This service is less than unprofessional - it is non-existent.
