Product service for wheelchair bound person
We have been trying for 2 months to get our daughters hoyer lift fixed. The Nurses & ourselves need the lift to move her. They promise to show up & to date no one has come. They do not even return our calls. Our government caseworker from ODSP has also tried to get us service & still nothing. Our daughter has cerebral palsy, has no use of her arms or legs, is blind, g-tube fed & mentally handicapped. We are not young & have a very difficult time moving her. I guess since they have use of their arms & legs on a daily basis it doesn't matter to them. The ADP program has paid Motion specialities their portion of the equipment so I guess it doesn't matter when the equipment does not work.
