Had them "complete" a large building expansion plus renovate parts of the existing building. They are a mixed bag of sub contractors, some good some absolutely terrible. Work was done poorly/not to code or not even completed but never they took responsibility. Was constantly given "extras" invoice for work never discussed or quoted. In the end I finished the project myself through subcontracting, only to discover that Majestic Renos had never called in a single inspector to the jobsite to close any permits, or file any of the relevant paper work. Avoid at all costs.
Commerical Addition + Renovation
Avoid at all costs!!! Hired him to build an addition to a commercial property. Things started off promptly but quickly fell apart. Work was done without permits, unsafe working conditions, had my site closed down various times by city inspectors. Failed to show up for weeks at a time. Unqualified workers. Asked for "deposits" for items that i later found out were never paid for. Had building suppliers place a lien on my property as he was not paying for his supplies. Fired him, but he still managed to walk away with $50K in "deposits". Then had to spend thousands in repairing his shoddy workmanship.
