After the work was completed the installers cleaned the furnace area as well as areas surrounding the AC unit. Being a new subdivision which is not under the control of the municipality yet, A C Heating got a work permit and passed the electrical connections tests.

The Inspector who performed the PDI is a member of Registered Home Inspection organization and has been doing home inspections for many years. He was methodical in his work and explained every detail on all the deficiences that were found. He provided a detailed report and the pictures to prove the deficiencies. The builder responded in kind and fixed all the listed problems.
