Stay away from Andrea Sestito, the owner who is not realiable , unprofessional and not responsible. There are many cracks in the pattern concrete. He also provided a seal which is now starting to peel. Since March 2019 I called Andrea many times, when he answers the phone he tells me that he is coming to fix the problem but never shows up. Stay away from Ryan, he is not reliable and hard to deal with. My roof was installed March 26,2018 but the flashing is still to be installed. Today is March 25,2019. All effects to reach him have failed.

Stay away from Ryan, the owner. He is not realiable, unprofessional and not responsible. The roof was installed at my house March 26,2018, the flashing which used was the wrong flashing which Ryan agreed to replace same. Since March 26th I was talking to Ryan weekly then the last 8 weeks I have been unable to to reach Ryan by phone with a voice message on his phone saying "the customer you are calling is unavailable at the moment please try again later".

Stay away from Andrea, the owner who is unrealiable, unprofessional and irresponsible. We have 2 cracks in the cement which we noticed a week after the work was completed and Andrea has said that he will fix the cracks but after 2 weeks of us calling him at least 10 times per day he does not answer the phone and message reads that "mail box is full". Also stay away from "Decorative Design Concrete" (905 462 2862) who Andrea is 50% owner and this company completed the work at our place.
