Our furnace stopped working through the night on one of the coldest nights of the winter. Woke up to a house under 12 degrees. Did all the typical checks- filter, breaker, pilot, etc and it was clearly something more serious. I called Hatco at 8:30am on a Saturday morning and Hassib was at our home within 2 hours. After diagnosing that it was our control board, he was honest that the rest of our furnace was in good working order and didn't require a replacement or anything further. He then went out of his way to go and get the part we needed in Markham, came back and installed all within a few hours. By 1pm our furnace was back up and running. His cost was appropriate and fair for the parts, service and labour we required. Without question he will be my first call if anything with our HVAC ever goes wrong again.
