David did an extremely thorough job inspecting a home my husband and I were planning to buy. We have purchased several homes and this experience stands head and shoulders above all others. He was friendly, professional, and, I'll say it again, incredibly thorough. We walked away with comprehensive knowledge and materials about the property. He spent a lot of time with us patiently answering questions and explaining how to resolve issues with the property. We have found our inspector for any future purchases, that's for sure.
