We contracted with Sun Leaf Roofing (Toronto) to clean our (two stories) gutters and downspouts 6 Dec 2020. Owner Raymond and his two assistants showed up as promised. The work was done efficiently, damage free and the clean-up was thorough. The price was fair considering that they travelled from Toronto to our Burlington location. We wanted metal railings for our front portico and back yard deck leading to a patio. We reached out to Smith Metal Works (Mississauga). Owner Tarek met with us, discussed our requirements, designs and laid out the costs. Installers Meron and Basel were skilled professionals and Ricky, the office administrator, made sure she communicated with us regarding the delivery/install date. In 2006 we requested quotes from 8 roofing companies. Sharp Exteriors’ estimator (Brian) inspected the roof and then met with us to discuss our requirements and pricing. He laid out the project schedule, "after completion" inspections and provided us with a list of referrals which we checked out. No bad news there! We went ahead with the job and Sharp Exteriors met every commitment. July 2016 we used Sharp's for our Gazebo roof and, once again, we were completely satisfied with the end result. August 2020 we called on Sharp Exteriors to replace our sun room roof. A most difficult task as this was a low slope roof, almost to the point of being flat. Roofers Brian and Mirek put in two gruelling days in crushing heat installing a beautiful roof blending in perfectly with the rest of the roof lines. It was obvious they took pride in their work and nothing was left undone. My view of Sharp Exteriors? Their roofers are skilled professionals, respect the client’s property and the clean-up is excellent.
