Alan was very thorough and knowledgeable. He walked us through our potential new home and made sure we were aware of any and all impending problems and explained how these could be rectified. He understood our need for an expeditious home inspection due to time constraints and was very accommodating. Alan is a very honest guy, he returned to me my $20.00 when I accidentally overpaid him. We highly recommend his services!
