STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. We were fooled by the Home Star rating and was in a hurry (because our furnace broke down in the middle of the winter), we made the mistake of going with HSE because Reliance put us on an automated system. Despite the higher than what I have been quoted before price, we went ahead hoping the customer service will compensate. At first it seems to be the case - it took the company's contractor three tries in order to get the heat going in below zero weather. Now with the A/C - we installed it earlier in March/April when the weather was still cool, the guy came and couldn't start the A/C with our EcoBee. He said if the weather gets warmer and the EcoBee still cannot start the A/C, someone from HSE will come back to make sure that it is up and running. Now it is going to 30+ today and over the weekend, we have been trying to reach HSE for 6 days and counting now with no avail. My husband and I tried to leave voice mail, requested phone call and online... and no one ever got back to us. The 1-888 number is never picked up, and a 674 number is simply busy 24-7. Despite paying over 10K for both system, we now have to pay extra to get our own technician to get the A/C up and working. Bottom line - use this company at your own risk. Note: this company also never brought up GreenON program - we found out AFTER the fact and missed out on the opportunity. Bottom line, EXTREMELY disappointed.
