Had an excellent experience with Titan over the Summer. We needed a new roof and after reviewing Homestars we contacted Titan for an estimate. There was absolutely no pressure. Shawn Lowe left a detailed estimate in our mailbox complete with pictures in a very nice presentation folder. His price was competative and after reading all the reviews I had no reservations about having Titan undertake the work. Shawn came to the house to present and have me sign the contract. He was very thorough in explaining how they would complete the work and what materials they would be using. He couldn't give me an exact date they would start the work (due to concerns about the weather) but guaranteed it would be completed before the end of the month. True to his work the work was completed two weeks later. The work and clean-up was awesome. We're very pleased with the results and highly recommend Titan and Shawn to anyone needing a new roof.

The only thing about the research done by the homeowner on this particular site is that there is some companies writing their own reviews and if it looks all good then they call the contractor in. It should be more complicated on HomeStars end of things. I do get some clients who mention all perfect tens (10) looks a bit suspicious, but I assure you that ours are all from our clients hearts and if a company does one thing really well and cares a lot about their business they may recieve only top notch reviews. It looks as though you were very satisfied with us and I want to thank you for yours.
