I contacted this company after they were referred to me. We have a flat roof and were looking to build a deck on top of it. I needed to know the roofing membrane was in good condition and had a good slope. Roy, responded quickly, had a look at it, and gave me detailed information about his observations and even some advice for the deck builders. It turns out the roof was okay to build on and I so appreciate his honesty about that!! I will most definitely use this company in the event we need a new roof and would recommend them in a heartbeat! Ask for Roy :)

Our call for two new electric outlets installed in two bedrooms was answered quickly and an install date was set up for a week later. Alex and Nick showed up, discussed the best option and went straight to work. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to give up what we wanted. Their price was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and recommend their services. Also, they were careful to clean up and leave the walls in great shape!

Our neighbours renovated their main floor a few months before we were planning to do ours. We noticed that their contratctor (Sean Morris)was at their house almost every day until their job was done! When I visited the neighbour's house during their reno and met Sean, I observed that he is a real people person, extremely conscientious about his work, and is highly skilled and creative. Naturally, we decided to hire Sean for our extensive home renovation. Now that our reovation is done, we are pleased to say that it was completed exactly within the timelines and budget that Sean had set out for us. Renovating is an extremely anxiety-provoking process to live through and finance, but Sean was patient with us every step of the way, explaining every detail and reassuring us when we needed it. The quality of his work was exceptional and he took his time to ensure that we were pleased with the outcome. We were and still are! It turned out beutifully and withour a hitch! Sean is an all-around great guy, who always sticks to his word; you will never be wondering where he is, or why he hasn't called. Reliability is one of his greatest strengths which sets him apart from many others. Since the completion of our reno, we have called on Sean for other small jobs because we know we can trust him to get it done right. We would not hestitate to recommend who is looking for a positive renovation experience.

We were looking to have our old hardwood removed on our second floor and new wood installed but we were getting the run-around for over a month from one installer. I contacted "Francisco" at Ecowoods after reading the positive reviews on Home Stars. He arrived the next day and provided me with a very reasonable quote for the job. Our hope was to get the job done quickly and Francisco arranged to have his associate "Khodi" begin early the following week. We were very pleased with Khodi from the beginning. He came the night before to meet with us, see our space and discuss our needs. The next morning he arrived on-time and dilligently began removing the old hardwood. He worked swiftly but with great care and expertise. He was respectful of our living space and we found him to be very poilte and conscienscious. He put in four solid, consecutive work days until the job was completed and we were left with beautiful new hard wood. We feel that Khodi definitely went the extra mile for us and would not hesitate to recommend this company, and specifically Khodi, to anyone needing a professional, quality flooring job.

I called on a weekend to see if this company had the flooring I wanted. Victoria was not able to confirm at the time if the wood was available but promised to call at 9am on Monday morning. At 8:50 Monday morning she called and assured me the product was not only available but could be delivered the following day! I was so pleasantly surprised that she had made my request a priority. We spoke on the phone a couple of times to discuss logistics and Victoria was very professional. I made a small change to my order and dealt with Nick who was extremely accomodating as well. The order arrived on schedule. Excellent product and outstanding customer service!
