I contacted Eclipse Roofing company after checking them out on Home Star. (I did get two other - worthless - quotes). Gleda answered my call promptly the first time, and every time after, her or Reigh - not common these days! The third day after my call, Geni came to survey the work needed and to give a free estimate. The free estimate was detailed, transparent, and covered every unit of the actual work that would be done, and lastly the clean up, and the warranty. I have never seen such a full disclosure detailed estimate in my thirty five years of home ownership. Geni understood how urgent the work needed was. On the sixth day from my first call ( Geni did say it could take two weeks but i got lucky), Kevin and Altin were at my door sharp at 9 AM. A couple of times when I asked, they explained what they were doing. There was no looks - what do you understand, or wasting our time, or questioning my curiosity etc., and showed me as they progressed! The way they had fixed the damaged boarding where the racoons had destroyed the boarding and dug through the wall, was a minor piece of art! And complete metal fascia! And the clean up ! Prompt on the phone, and a professional team, polite and efficient - if anyone is looking. They have my perfect rating, 10/10 or ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Was my first experience with looking for a flat roofing contractor. I contacted Avenue road as I found they were an established, well reputed, very visible, company. Tyson was very helpful in explaining flat roofing in detail, and more than once, answering all my Q. Communication was excellent with Barbara at the desk. The labour team was quick and efficient. Kas Tobin was the solar skylight expert. The roof was replaced in June. So will have to wait. I do not expect problems, and trust the company guarantee. Very satisfied and will recommend.

Great owner commitment to complete process explanation, sometimes, repeating, to a demanding senior! Very professional and on time. Quiet and efficient team with least impact to neighbours.
