I used Prohanging (Igal) a couple times. Each time he was highly professional, clearly very experienced, a creative problem-solver, patient, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Igal and Prohanging! Most excellent.

I used Brock 3 yrs ago to replace windows and was so satisfied that I used them again this year to replace a front and side door. The salesman both times was Sandy Berkley. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and I would certainly use him and Brock again. The service also met my expectations. Due to my excellent experience with Sandy, the service people and products, Brock is now my "go to" company for windows and doors, and I've recommended them to family and friends.

Stop your search because this is The plumbing company to use! I am so grateful that I chose Vlad and his team from Umbrella Waterproofing, Drain and Plumbing Solutions! My main interior sewer drain needed to be dug up and replaced as roots broke through and severely blocked the original drain. Prior to calling Umbrella, I had another, more large and established company investigate the problem. I thought the other company's quote was excessively high and they were abrupt, bordering on rude and seemed impatient when I would ask questions. I therefore called the home inspector I used in the past who I continue to rely upon for advise when it comes to renovations (Terry from Guardian Home Inspectors) and he told me to call Vlad from Umbrella Waterproofing, Drains and Plumbing Solutions. I am so grateful that I did!!! After running his camera through my drain, Vlad showed me why I only required half the work (and therefore half the price) that the other company recommended. Furthermore, Vlad’s crews, who spent three days in my home, worked so diligently and hard non-stop, in such a calm, polite, professional and friendly manner. They deserve enormous credit. They are so skilled, creative problem-solvers and true professionals. They took time to answer all my questions and explained what they were doing along the way. I could not praise them any higher. They were amazing in all they did which included installing drop sheets to protect my property, jackhammering the basement floor to excavate down to the original plumbing that needed to be removed and replaced, putting together a new main sanitary drain with all the supports and back fill, re-cementing the floor and cleaning up afterward. In addition, they installed a main-line back water valve and helped me apply to the city for a rebate. I was so grateful and impressed by their work that I looked around to find other work for them to do, i.e. installing a new shut off valve, a new outdoor hose bib, and a toilet. I couldn’t be happier with Umbrella, the owner (Vlad,) his absolutely amazing crews and very helpful office manager (Bodhana.) I highly recommend this company!

Terry, of Guardian Home Inspectors Inc., is The home inspector to use! In fact, I used him on three occasions. Firstly, he came highly recommended when I required a home inspector for litigation support due to serious mistakes and misleading information made by a different home inspector, agent and seller when I purchased my home. Terry’s inspection uncovered serious problems that others were misleading and/or not thorough enough to discover. Terry’s expertise was valuable in the litigation process. Terry is especially thorough; with beyond expert-level knowledge, skill and experience that makes him a master at his profession. He takes his profession most seriously. His answers to questions and his recommendations are clear, precise, informative and practical. On a second occasion, I recommended Terry to somebody who is very close to me and who has also been especially pleased with Terry who inspected a potential rental property for him. On the 3rd occasion, twelve years after purchasing my home, I again used Terry’s expertise due to “wear and tear” issues of my aged house, i.e. to guide me regarding a roofing issue, and a major plumbing issue requiring replacing the main drain in my home. Terry has also recommended a plumbing company to use that I have been most satisfied with. Both Terry and the plumbing company saved me money and provided excellent service and support.
