I needed a home inspector late last year and did extensive research on various sites, including HomeStars. I chose David due to the high reviews and professional way he presented himself and his services. I was very happy I made the right choice. Prior to the inspection, David was very responsive to the several calls I made to him to clarify his services, fees and logistic arrangements. On inspection day, he was punctual and went quickly to work. He spent ~4 hours inspecting my (about to be bought) house from top (he literally climbed on the roof) to bottom (went down to the nooks and crannies). He found >10 things I wouldn't event had noticed and engaged the builder professionally onsite right after the inspection about them. I used his detailed report afterward to ensure the builder would remedy all the findings moving forward. Very satisfied with David's work and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a home inspector.
