I have bought furniture here at least 3 times in the last 2 years. I'm very surprised by the negative reviews. I have had a great experience everytime. The selection is great - a mix of mid century modern, European style and some more classic items. A lot of furniture is custom made in Poland. Great workmanship and materials with over 100 choices in fabric and leather. And the prices generally are very fair. We ordered 8 dining room chairs - in wood, water repellent fabric at $210 each. We also had great experience with the delivery team. I highly recommend this store.

This is a story that surely could go on Mike Holmes' show. It started well enough with recommendations, good Home Stars reviews, a written contract of a fixed price job. We even got a decent basement reno out of it. And then came the bathrooms. Now we have an abandoned job, materials we paid for (even though they were part of the agreement) and worst off, work ranging from shoddy to downright dangerous. We probably don't even know the half of it. Some pictures below for your viewing pleasure. In the attic, cut stack vent, no insulation around skylight. Leaky skylight. Cracked grout (and tiles move up and down). Used mortar to secure transition to bedroom (wtf?). Cut drywall so can't secure electric switch plate And so on. I have no idea what we will do.

Fantastic experience with Rick. He is super responsive, listens to requests, did a quick and clean job. We have a large backyard and front so we found the cost very reasonable. We also had to adjust some heads after the fact and Rick, again, was very responsive. An absolute pleasure and definitely the exception among contractors!

Fantastic work by James and crew: super responsive, clean and precise work and competitively priced. They also recommended to us a window model that looks like the rest of the windows in the house so these newly cut windows look like they've always been there. Highly recommended.
