I dealt mainly with Jan Westwell, who along with her husband Frank Micalizzi,own the company. From the first, I found Jan and all the employees friendly, and helpful and it impressed me that everyone wore a smile on their face. The entire process was carried out with efficiency and good humour, particularly as circumstances forced me to rearrange and reschedule installation at least four times. The appointments, from choosing the granite, to the measure for the countertop to the installation were all carried out on time. The result was a beautiful kitchen. It was a pleasure dealing with this company, their employees and their installers.
