Ever since we moved into our new home 4 years ago, I’ve been trying to convince my husband to get pot lights for the outside of our home, pot lights in the family room and under the counter lights in the kitchen. He instead told me no for the outside lights, got me lamps for the family room and gave me some removable magnetic lights for under the cabinets. Because it used up a lot of batteries and was a pain to change, I kept asking for the lights in the same areas each and every year for 4 years. Finally, a couple years ago we got an electrician to come in and give us an estimate for the above work. When he gave us the quote, I suddenly didn’t care about having lights anymore as he quoted us an obscene amount of money just for the family room (over 6k) I asked WHY?!?! He said the joists are running the wrong way to install the pot lights in the family room and to put it up he’d have to put a whole bunch of holes in the ceiling. I asked will you fix it back as it was? He said no, that would be for us to do. Need less to say I was unhappy, so I gave up. Fast forward 2 years later, I decided to once again ask my husband to give me the lights I wanted. Shockingly this time he agreed. I checked on Homestars and contacted a few that made me wonder how they got on Homestars and get a 10/10; their customer service skills alone were irritating and the costs astronomical. I came across H Man Electric else where and they had some great reviews. They also had some that were not good. I then decided to check them out on Homestars. I read them all, again some were good and some were bad but what I liked was that they replied to everyone, good review or bad. I contacted the company and spoke to Reza then made an appointment for them to come out. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the appt. I made another appt. and they had to cancel. I then thought maybe we should find someone else to do the job due to that and based on some of the negative reviews. I kept going back and forth telling my husband let’s get them to do it, then let’s not because of the reviews we didn’t like and because we felt they wouldn’t come out or would cancel again. Reza sent us an email apologizing for the cancellation with an explanation. He told us he would check the schedule and get back to us with a date they could come out. I figured it would be a month before I heard back, if at all. The following week he called and said someone is in our neighbourhood and could do the estimate now. I looked outside and he was in the driveway. I was shocked but elated. Hooman did the estimate for all 3 projects and I was so shocked I told my husband that he forgot to get the estimate for the other 2 projects. He told me that’s the estimate for all 3 projects. I said I hope you told him yes, he said I wanted to check with you first. I asked my husband to call him back immediately to say yes and ask when they can start. Hooman said he can start next week and he’d email us when he checks the schedule. I sent Reza an email telling him that I wanted to add more lights than we asked for because the price he gave us was simply amazing. Anxiously I waited for Reza or Hooman to give us a start date. True to their word Hooman called early in the week and said they would be coming this Thursday. Later he called back and said it’s going to rain so he will do the outside on Thursday and the inside on Friday (it was supposed to rain). Hooman and Ali arrived bright and early Thursday morning and did the entire outside. It looks amazing. I am so overjoyed with the work they did though I was nervous because our neighbour had lights installed and they are uneven and some of the holes drilled are bigger than the lights, just a mess. Our lights done by H Man Electric are perfect. All the lights are evenly spaced, so uniformed, amazing. You can tell that they know what they are doing and are very experienced. I can’t tell you how awesome they look. I kept asking my husband to add more lights, he told Hooman and he said you don’t need any more as these are bright. If this were any other company, they would’ve just said ok and do it as it’s more money in their pocket but not H Man Electric. My husband asked if they needed him to move things, they said no they will if they needed to. At the end of the day after completing their job, they swept and cleaned up our porch and areas they worked in. Friday, they returned to do the inside, they arrived bright and early again. The speed at which they work is amazing. Those pot lights were in before noon in the family room and there was no joists problem as mentioned by the other electrician. Then they moved on to the lights under the cabinets. I told my husband that I don’t think they are taking breaks or stopping for lunch as it seems that way. When they completed the work, Hooman and Ali cleaned up their area and left no mess. They filled up any holes they made; you couldn’t tell where they did the work as it looks as if it were there all along, seamless. The lights that we removed under the cabinet to put the new ones left under the cabinet looking destroyed, Hooman and Ali made it look as if that was the only work done on it, brand new. They also protected and covered our wood floors and furniture. I cannot begin to tell you how happy we are with them all. They are professional, courteous, kind, thoughtful, effective and efficient. I can’t stop smiling, the outside of our home, my kitchen and family room look awesome. Based on their performance, our experience and their response to people that gave them bad reviews I don’t believe a word they said about H Man Electric as they are very accommodating and committed to time and date given. These guys are absolutely amazing. We are so impressed and so happy. By the way other companies did not return our calls when we contacted them or their prices were outrageous. Trust us go with H Man Electric you won’t be disappointed. Excellent work, amazing price, great team. We couldn't ask for anything more. Our cost included outside lights with wifi dimmer remotes (2), pot lights with dimmer, and under cabinet lights with dimmer. We love it all. On behalf of my family I just want to thank Hooman, Ali, and Reza for their exceptional and outstanding service from beginning to end and for setting our minds at ease. So glad we didn’t go with anyone else. Very happy that we didn't judge them based on a few bad reviews (that we don't believe).

I contacted many contractors to do my deck, one was someone I did business with previously. I sent him a pic that I received from KP Construction thinking he would do it for less. He said it would cost me $8,600 plus material, plus taxes and would take 2-3 weeks to complete, next spring. I laughed and went with KP Construction as it was their design and they charged me only $5500.00 for everything. The material was delivered on a Monday, The workers started the deck the next day (Tuesday). On Thursday they completed the deck. I often see reviews of many companies and restaurants and say it's so not true because my experience was bad, I said someone at the company wrote it. This review is not from the company. My deck was completely finished in 3 days. I couldn't believe it. I was amazed to say the least. Other houses behind me (we have no fences) had similar jobs done and it took 3 months and was so noisy, it drove us crazy. Day and night there was noise. KP Construction and his workers started every day between 7:30-8:00am and was done for the day between 4:30-5:00pm. They were extremely professional, quiet, and exceedingly fast, just ask my wife, she looked outside often because she didn't hear any noise so she didn't know if they were there. My wife would email them on my behalf and I would email them and they would always answer every single question as often as we wrote, no matter how insignificant. Our new deck is quite massive and amazingly beautiful, just outstanding. On the Saturday of that week they completed the deck they returned to clean up and left our yard clean and neat. We are over the moon with joy regarding our new and improved deck. It has a lower and upper lever and a sleek railing. We can't wait for summer to enjoy it. Other companies told us we would have to wait for the spring to get it done because it's too cold. KP Construction did our deck 2 weeks ago in November. I highly recommend them for your contracting needs. They are fast, effective and efficient, not to mention quiet and professional. Maybe the reason they are so agile is because they actually know what they are doing. We are thinking about doing some work in our basement, for that job we will be sure to contact KP Construction as they do a wide variety of work at a reasonable rate. We also like it that they broke up the payment into 4 parts. Doesn't it say something about the quality of their work if other like minded companies are charging so much more for their (KP Construction) designs?
