Switched to Roy Inch and tried first service call on the a/c - have signed up now for a full service year on furnace and a/c (plus gas fireplaces). Brandon, the technician, was very prompt, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend Roy Inch to neighbours. Thanks Brandon!
