I recently engaged Quality Restorations Co. to do the replacement of spalled bricks on my home which, though a relatively small job, was front and centre on the approach to my home. It was essential that the type, colour and construction of the brickwork matched the original as closely as possible. From quotation to completion of the project I became comfortable interfacing with Doug Pearse of Quality Restorations head office, who dealt with the management of my concerns of potential problems. Doug was re-assuring as he responded to my various concerns in a calm, responsible and effective manner throughout the project. The brick mason, Nick Johnson, completed the restoration of the brickwork local to my garage and front steps and made an excellent job of it. Nick's work is thorough, neat, tidy and well organised. Before leaving he also thoroughly cleaned up his work area and disposed of garbage. He also took the trouble to discuss any technical concerns that I had, which was much appreciated. I would be happy to re-engage Quality Restorations Co. on future restorative work.
